Send file to client

[FPtje]

Hey I'm FPtje and I'm working on a piano that you can control with your keyboard. I need the clients to have the file "pianobinds.cfg" because if they don't, they crash when they try to get in the pod(the piano)

What is the console command to let all clients download the cfg file?
