Serious Problems with installation.

Ok, this is starting to REALLY get me pissed. I bought this game 3 weeks ago, and after installing it 3 weeks ago, it kept telling me "the steam servers are too busy to handle my request." And it's STILL telling me that, even after I check back every few minutes. I checked my firewall TWICE, and the problem isn't there. I try installing at 2:00 in the morning, that doesn't seem to work either. I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I really need help here.

It's got to be a problem on your end, since no one else gets it.

Try disabling your firewall for a few minutes completely and trying it, it MUST be blocking one of the ports steam uses. You just don't know it.
