Server Bandwidth

I would like to start a dedicated server, but I don't know if my upload speed will be sufficient, I have a 384K upload. I was wondering if anyone has some numbers on low, average, and peak bandwidth their server runs.

Do not go above 10 players. Set sv_maxrate to 10000. Turn off flashlights. Or set it to 8 players, sv_maxrate at 12000 and flashlight on.

Thank you for the information. My ISP gives me the option of increasing my upload to 512, but they want $$ (of course). I would like to know what upload speeds people are using for their 20-30 user servers. If anyone has some numbers, I would really appreciate it.
