Setting Teamplay in HL2DM; source dedicated server

hello everyone, ive recently started a dedicated server hosting HL2DM. my problem is that i cant get it into Teamplay mode, yes, ive tried typing mp_teamplay 1 in the console, but its still the same... its as if it has no effect whatsoever. im all lost as to what to do.... can u guys please help me?

Just to check. You did change map after you set mp_teamplay 1?
