New mod on the scenes. Cars go vroom vroom.

Theres only like, two images and one generic photoshop grunge image for the main menu. There looks like theres no content at all yet. And what a stupid website they have. A splash image with a pretentious "quote" that promises something it will almost certainly fail to deliver? Count me unimpressed.
