Hey how do get those mini pictures underneath your name?

USER CP > Edit Options > Change Avatar

Press Edit Options in the top right of the screen and its the change Avatar at the bottom of the list

How do I change the text thats under the Avatar? By writing more?

oh shet, I never noticed there was an Edit Avatar button in the upper-right corner. Ignore my previous post then :|
