Single player maps/mods ?

I dont have broadband yet so it would be kinda cool..

There is a serious lack of quality single player mods. Everyone's working on multiplayer mods, and most of those aren't released, and the ones that are aren't very good (with a few exceptions). Black Mesa: Source is the only one I'm really looking forward to.

Someone needs to make a great single-player RPG.

Multi-player games are easier to make, so that'll be why there are a lot more of them.

It's Black Mesa...not Black Mesa: Source, don't ask me why I think it was legal reasons....But I'm excited about it too.

I am trying to figure out what the name of a mod I saw was. I really liked th player models....they kind of looked like these guys http://mods.moddb.com/gallery/image/28494/ http://mods.moddb.com/gallery/image/28495/ but were standing on disks like this guy http://mods.moddb.com/gallery/image/28170/ i could have sworn it was a thread on this forum but I looked at all of my posts and couldn't find one. Please help, i was really excited about that mod...whatever it was. I want to say it was "nuclear ....." but I looked at all the "Nuclear....." mods and none of them are it...neotokyo kinda has the same look as the game I'm thinking of. thanks for taking a shot at my very vague description
