why in the name of all that is holy did valve not allow us to pick up the sniper rifles that the combine grunts are using!?!?!! that thing sounds so sweet!!!

what? there's no such thing as combine grunts... Just Metro Cops, Combine Soldiers, Combine Nova Prospekt Guards, Combine Elites and there was The Combine Assassins that they left out of the Game...

Combine Snipers are another Combine Soldier... But if u look at him it's just a Combine Soldier Standing there wif a Blue Beam Come From There Tummies...

If you dont have too much lag and your quick you can use the big pistol like a sniper by zooming and shooting just as you unzoom, I did that alot.
