So Gordon doesnt always sprint anymore?

What's with that?
I mean, in the first hl, you sprinted, unless you otherwise wanted to walk, however its the other way around in hl2.
I think this is a real shame, the extreme fast pace made for a unique experience, one that i felt made half-life the way it was.
Now you are slower (maybe getting older?) and this in my view was one of the reasons hl2 was a brilliant game, but not very 'half-lifeish.'

What do you guys reckon?

But he was put on ice. So he didn't get older.



Gordon still always runs, but now the suit comes with sprint capabilities. Sprinting has nothing to do with Gordon, it's the suit. How else would using a flashlight deter your sprinting time?

Actually, Gordy was put into a stasis. Anyhoo, maybe the suit sort of heavier? :O
