Some Fan-art for a Friend (Neverwinter Knights)

I don't do fan-art often, but some people can be pretty persuasive, others are just so liekable I can't turn them down. Such is the case with this little piece I did for a friend whom I owed an illustration.

I've never actually played the game the characters are from, but my friend liked the idea of seeing completely fresh characters based off her minimalistic descriptions...

I don't think deviantart is blocked, I think they've got something setup on that site that stops people linking just images, a few people seem to get snagged with that. Tis one of the reasons I don't use it.

Yup. I posted the Nalnallee Girls and Zombie threads on other forums as well... you could have seen them on CGTalk, Conceptartdesign, and Conceptart.org.

I'm doing a redesign of my site, which will feature a sequal thread to the Nalnallee girls called "Girl's Night Out". Basically the same original 10 girls, but as duets in a few of Seoul's more famous party districts.

that is an excellent piece of art. The only problem I have with it is, I cannot see anything related to NWN in it. I know that he wanted a fresh new look, but there is absolutely no link to put the two together. After saying that, Great Work!

1chimera1, Actually my friend informed me, that these are original characters of hers, from a fanzine that she runs somewhere online. I admittedly know nothing about the series and mistekenly called it NWN fan-art.

I don't do Fan-art typically. I am toying with doing something for HL2... but at the moment I'm concentrating on concept art for a mod experiment of mine... of course I'll post it as a seperate thread when its ready for viewing.
