Spawn menu icons problem

When I bring up the spawn menu (q) nothing has thumbnail images, it is all text?

I have no other mods' for Garrys installed.

I have tried reinstalling Garry Mod'.

Deleting the cache folder and putting all my folders from the mod folder into the cache.

It is enabled also but still no icons! Any ideas or alternatives/fixes?

I had this problem aswell as all maps except the construct being missing. It's caused due to the latest steam update screwing up the modcache for garrys mod.
