"Stalkers" ?

Can someone post a picture of these "Stalkers" (or at least tell me where I can find one in the game) people keep talking about? The ones with no arms or anything...I played through the game and finished it but I swear I haven't seen one of them...

you see a lot of stalkers in the citadel while you're being carried around, and also you see some on the monitors in nova prospekt

Are they silver, robot-like and repair stuff on little platforms when you're being carried around? (I thought those had arms)

yes those are the stalkers everyone's talking about, and yes they have arms.
