steam.exe - The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Weird this. I start up Steam and run it for hours on end then every so often, this error pops-up when using the right-click menu.

I can double-click the tray icon and the Steam window opens up fine but when I use the right-click menu, it comes up with the above error and I have to click OK twice for it to go away.

Any ideas?
