STEAM text now all in Italics, wth?

Hello everyone!
The title pretty much says it all, all my steam text is now in italics, what gives? Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm think the font file may be corrupt or missing so that's why it's resorting to the Italics version but I do not know what font steam uses.

There's a certain file that stores what font that text uses, but I can't remember which one.
