Stuck at beginning of Route Kanal

Hi this is my first post and I've been playing the game for only a few hours now. I just started Route Kanal and jumped over the train, went through the building, shot two goons, picked up a medical kit, and now don't know where to go. I've wandered all over the place and can't figure it out. Help! :dork:

there is part of the chainlink fence that is folded over......crouch jump over it to the other side.

If that is in fact the part your talking about

Thanks! I found the broken down fence. I guess my attention was occupied by the goons on the other side of the railway tracks firing at me... I'll have to keep a closer eye out from now on. :rolling:
