stuck at highway 17 (after defeating chopper boss)

ok i got to the chopper and its down, killed every solder in that big warehouse with road leading up to a broken highway bridge to the other size (the warehouse with the crane?). I tried jumping over with the buggy and no matter wat nothing works.

What should i do next?

use the crane to lift your car on the other side where the warehouse is

You have to use the shift key to TURBO your buggy! Only way to do it!
