Stuck: Follow Freeman

I'm trying to assault some big building with what Barney calls supression device. I can't figure out how to get past the forcefields and my squad is getting blown up while I'm trying to find a way in.

Any help appreciated.

Ignore your squad, they will be replenished.

When you get out into the plaza, head right. Keep going right until you get to a door, go through the door. Take it from there. (I think, I may have remembered wrong).

I have another problem in Follow Freeman

I got through all the striders. Me and the rebels destroyed them all, but there is a dropship that is still hovering, and not moving at all, stuck in "deploy strider" mode.

I've checked everywhere, I think the script is stuck here, waiting for all the enemies to be dead, but since the dropship is still there, the story won't continue. Is this normal, or is there something I should do? All my teammates keep shooting the dropship, I don't know what to do. Help?
