Stuck in Benefactory (possbile spolier)

The sad part is I own the strat guide and it can't even help me. It's right after Breen gives his rouge pysicists speech. All I have of course is the Zero Point Energy Gun. There is one passage that has a field blocking my way. And the other passage has a low fence that overlooks the giant stasis field. I can't for the life in me find out how to get in that room since I can't jump the fence and I can't walk through the energy field. All I can manage to do right now is throw things from the fence into the stasis field to watch them desinagrate. Help pls!!!! What do I do??

I dont know where you are, but there a few times where you see a large cylindrical energy tube behind a forcefield, in this are a few balls of awesome. They power the field, take out the balls, open the field

A few balls of awsome? I don't get what you mean. Try a cohearent sentance lol. Like I sad before I can't seem to get past the energy fields and I can see a statis field it looks like a big white laser going through a blue gell. I can't do anything though I can't jump the small fence and I can't go through the energy field. Still stuck. I also don't see any energy balls of awsome.

Thanks Cylyk that reall helped . Still stuck. The only "balls of awsome" that ive seen are the robot ones that take your picture.

you know your i-rifle? the alternitive fire? it shoots great balls of awesome, and you can find those in the beam things near energy doors. use the gravity gun of uberness to take the balls of awesome out of the beam. could you take some screenshots of where you are? that would help alot

Ok I figured out the problem I reloaded the game from before all my weapons were taken. Aparently the game loaded earlyer not alowing me to jump. I thought it was a part of having the gravity gun like it made me super heavy or something. But when I reloaded the game from a farther back save point the game alowed me to jump once again. Must have been some kinda glitch.
