Woman just screams(speaker) that soldiers are coming but nothing happens, I throw those guns out but they weren’t related to script ;(

You're supposed to put those turrets into position to defend yourself....

You are supposed to use the gravity gun to setup the turrets so that they kill the combine soldiers when they rush into the room. Set them up in the corners or something. The combine soldiers might not be scripted to enter the room unless the turrets are setup???

They only come when you pick up the last turret.

Well, I already waited 20-30min (I take Shower and stuff like that maybe script didn’t like so long waiting

try going back to an older saved game then replaying it a bit. I had a prob later on in the game.
