Stuck on Follow Freeman

Ok I'm trying to get to the last generator thing in the building and I keep getting killed in the room with the ceiling turrets. Can anyone help?

You have to do some jumping, using the furniture and equipment in the room to avoid the lasers and certain death. you willl find a switch at the far end of the room that will unlock the security system so your mates can follow you.

I pressed that switch but nothing happened, and i just get frazzled by the gun turrets. It sound like the door opens but it doesnt... :S

Did you press the button after you sounded the alarm , by any chance?

Yes, is that what i did wrong? So you have to get to the button without sounding the alarm? I thought you could just run there and press it.

hehe, not in this room, dear sir the last jump is a bit tricky, you have to sneak real close to one of the beams. crawl and walk buttons highly advised
