I've seen that a lot of people here seem to be having trouble with the final level of Portal. Since i've finished the game and enjoy making videos, here is a walkthrough in video form.

The fast-forwarding only goes through bits that don't involve portals and i thought didn't really need much thought (i.e walking down a corridor/waiting for platform)

Plus, i had a 10 min video limit.
