Stupid Half Life 2

I had a bunch of great games I was playing and really enjoying. Doom 3, Far Cry, PainKiller, just to name a few. Then I went and dled and preordered Half Life 2. Now when ever Im playin a game, my mind always wanders to HL 2 and I start wishing I was playing it instead. Stupid HL2 had ruined all my other games!!!!

I have HL2 lambdas all over my backpack and binders... and desks... and chairs and arms and friends and tables and everything I can write on, pretty much.

yeah i have doom3 and far cry, I've been hurrying to finish them before hl2 otherwise I might never. I beat doom3 which i really enjoyed, even if it was really easy on normal difficulty. Now I'm playing far cry, which has good visuals and physics but has that damn, Medal of Honor style, cheating AI that can spot you and shoot you in the cornia from 200 yards out through brush the instant you pop your head out. and the fact that you can run up and shoot an entire 30 round magazine into their chest or helmet, meanwhile 2 shots from them will eat your entire armor, and not kill them.

I've only got about 3 or 4 more far cry levels then i gotta hurt and beat HL and the expansion packs before tuesday!

farcry really is a good game but i got bored of it half way through.
hl2 really spoiled my taste of games. if there weren't any online games, i wouldn't have anything to do while at home.
