If you have played HL2 you shuld know how the principle works.
go into console and type:
sv_cheats 1
THEN
bind w fire_energy_ball
THEN
impulse 101
Now, go near, (but not too close) to a wall. gut the gravity gun (scroll through yout weapons using the mouse wheel (if you do not have a mousewheel press the '1' key twice)
press w to fire an energy ball at the wall, as it is coming back towards you, hold the right mouse button to grab the ball. Aim the ball at the intended target (you must be quick, as they do not last long) and press the left mouse button.
see the speed!!
