Reading everything that's been going on with the theft, I would like to let you guys know that here's one customer that will still be buying Half Life 2 when it comes out, no matter what's on the internet. The game sounds great, and I can't wait for it to come out.

I think that even though people are playing the "beta" that they will still buy it regardless.
Most people know that the "beta" isn't even complete, so they can just imagine what the finished product will be.
I'm buying HL2 regardless.

i'm not going to buy the game, i never had the intention of buying the game and i doubt that this screw up of valves will make me consider buying the game (just kidding)

i'm waiting for the final release and compare it with doom 3. I don't look at the game, i look at the engine. the best one will win and that's the engine i'm going to code for. (ofcourse i hope hl2 has a opengl subsystem, i'm much more familiar with opengl then with directx)
