The citadel in Portal? (Spoilers?)

looking trough Portal texture files while making a portal map, and I was looking at the pictures that flash around at the final battle.

Looky here, a burning citadel like from episode 1:

I guess this just shows GLaDOS' sarcasm ever more if this is the burning citadel. Apparently she thinks it's scrap metal

BTW, this is in "test1" of the material folder in texture filters
