Now that is a really good media shot. You have gameplay (sneaky sniping) and you have composition (the roofing and flowerbox framing the picture, the car/lampost and tree in balance). The only thing it lacks is a focal point in the middle of the picture, which at the moment is a crate

Otherwise good picture.
