is there a command to create that nice blue one? it is very powerful and i would like to kick ass with it at the beginning of the game

u use the console to load the citadel level and then 'changemap____' to woteva, voila!

after enabling sv_cheats
use search.

To spawn the blue one load up the game and load up the level where you get the gun (3rd citadel level iirc), then before picking it up type changelevel trainstation 01. Then type in the console give weapon_physcannon and voilá.
