Took a ride on a gunship!

On Monday I was playing and during the sequence under the railroad bridge, when you fight the gunship, I got on the back of it and rode it!

Yeah it was actually an accident.. I fell off the bridge when trying to climb towards that cache of missles in the middle.. I thought I was dead only to my suprise I stopped and started to rise! I actually was on the back of it for a few seconds and took a short ride before it went to turn and I went flying off. I actually probably could have stayed on or tried to, but I was fumbling trying to get a screen shot. Never got it though. However I did get a real cool view of the bridge from way off on the side before I died. I tried doing it a few more times after that because it was so cool but I couldn't pull it off again. It was just pure luck that the gunship was right beneath me when I fell.

You shouldve jammed the fan by picking a peice of metal of the bridge ad jamming it in then jumped off and hit it with a rocket sending it spiraling madly out of control into the bridge destrouying the bridge when the train comes across but the train forms a bridge in it's own so you drive on the train but then that colapses and it's carying a nuke that explodes and blows up the citadel but you take cover by falling into a botemless pit with matresses on the bottom first

Nah, you wont be able to jam it's fan. It's not a solid object (like hasn't got separate propellors all solid) It's just an image that spins round.

Ahh well, I knew the physics wouldn't do it since source doesn't have air simulation but it might've been coded in anyway

You shoud destory gunships in garrysmod to get the fragment with the Fan in it and use it for airboats

You fumbled around to press F5? its not that hard

It's F12 on mine and yeah, difficult to reach because that means taking my left hand off the arrows (my controls), just like I said happened. It's not that easy to do when your all surprised and trying to stay on it. Plus I play in the dark and I can never find that button admist the gazillion other extra buttons on my cordless keyboard, even if theres no action going on whatsoever.
