I missed a very important one... Band of Brothers. Seeing all the Private Ryans here, I actually thought this mini series was more of a movie in many parts and better in a lot of ways than the single film that inspired it.

Its not a film though, so it doesn't count, if this was top 10 tv series than i would definately put that high, 24 is my favourite, Band of Brothers coming in second, then Life on Mars third

As already mentioned, try and see INLAND EMPIRE. I cant say I liked it much, but if you can make sense of and/or enjoy Lost Highway, I think you'll get a lot out of it.

Anyhoo.

If I tried to make a list of favourite movies it'd end up being waaaaaay too long. And it would include some ****ing awful movies that I love despite the fact that they suck. Like Bad Boys II.
