Translating words into actions > please help!

I'm trying to activate the cheats in some game I have, and here's what I have to do :

Hit hotkeys in game to toggle options

Cheat Hotkeys:
ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ
ALT+1 - Toggle CHAMPS
ALT+2 - Toggle XCHAMPS
ALT+3 - Toggle NODENT
ALT+4 - Toggle THEEND
ALT+5 - Toggle PALMER
ALT+6 - Toggle JUMP


Now I understand what it says, but apparently I can't translate these words into actions.

So what am I supposed to do?

Press at the same time Alt and 1, and then type C, H, A, M, P, S?

Or type Alt, +, 1, CHAMPS?

Or type Alt, then 1, then CHAMPS?

Or hold Alt and 1 while I type CHAMPS?

Or use all my fingers to press all these keys at the same time?



Jeez, why can't people write clear explanations? :x

A friend sent it to me 20 minutes ago.

looks to me like pressing alt and 1 is all you need to do to enable champs.

But then again that seems a little simple.
