Whenever I compile Visual studios C++ 2005, it comes up with a bunch of errors saying it can't find windows.h. Then, when I run the mod, nothing has changed. Help please!

I've never used 2005 for compiling halflife2.. the incompatibility issues I've heard of scared me away from using it
I stick to 2003.net
I believe if you go to the valve wiki there is a tutorial for setting up the sdk to compile with 2005express
it's been a while, but IIRC there was a 2005 solution you could load, I would assume it would compile

Nono, I think that this has popped up because my mod has been messed up for a while. I moved computers and that really made things mess up. And then I started to mess with steam in general.
I do agree with you on 2003, but I've already learnt 2005 and I don't want to search for it etc. etc. etc.
