US EB vs. Canadian EB

Do games usually come out on the same day in Canada as they do in the US? I reserved my copy of the game and it would be easier for me to pick it up on tuesday rather than wednesday or any other day.

Yeah. I pre-ordered at an EB in Winnipeg and they told me I can come in and get it on the 16th.

i dont know when i can get it but im supposed to receive a call when they get it in

My EB in Alberta is generally 2 days behind the US. However, if the game was shipped early enough, it will be sitting in their storeroom ready for the shelves on the 16th. I think HL2 was completed and shipped long enough ago that all Canadian retailers have it by now.

Also, as a side note, my EB Games said if you did not pre-order the CE, you are out of luck. All copies have already been sold by pre-order.

My EB is also in Alberta and concidering some EB games have already sold the game...all EB games should have it...eithre US or Canada.
