Hey guys. Whenever I try encoding this video that I have, the sound is always delayed by like half a second and it totally ruins everything. I've tried everything I can to fix it, but it still keeps happening.
I've kept the settings all the same as the source video I have(I'm simply cutting out a part of the video), but still the delay.
This is the video I was trying to encode by the way.

The sound problem was fixed in this one(not sure how, different program though), but I ran into the resolution problem you see as it's not the 1920x1080 like it's supposed to be.
