Weird fan noises and now 6800 GT doesnt work

A few days ago my fan started making weird noises. Now today it started getting really loud, so i opened up the tower, checked out if there was anything actually stuck in the fan, nothing. Closed it up, pressed the power button and now the card doesnt work at all.

Lovely.

Any idea how to fix this if there is a way without RMAing it?

Do you have any software installed for an virtual drive?

Yeah i do. I have Alcohol 120% installed. How could that be the problem?

Updates

Tried switching the power dongle connected to the card. Now the fan seems to be back to full power but every now and then it makes a buzzing noise, almost like a mini-hedge clipper or something. The monitor still doesnt pick anything up, it just flashes when its plugged into the card.

Unistalled Alcohol 120%. Did nothing.

Well, virtual CD drive programs caused the fans to spin noisly in my computer and a lot of other people, so that might have been it.

I've had that buzzing noise too, but just beating the pc with your hand where the PSU should be should work.
