Weird sounds...(Spoilers)

If you load the last level and no clip out of the building there is a big black box way out. Once you get near it you can hear these weird screams....you can go inside it and it is all black, there is gman's door and some weird teleport thing. But wtf are the screams from?

I havnt checked as of yet, but i will soon...i relly can think what it could be though

yeah I've seen that too. The flash light didn't work for me. It's just all black. I think it's right up in one of the corners. Quite random really.

Okay, I've travelled up there. I heard something that could be interpreted as some kind of screaming, but it seemed to be originating from a kind of vortex that was in a box for God knows what reason.

You can also see the props used to show the Combine homeworld through the portal if you look around.

Might be Gordon who's screaming (altought, since when did he talk anyway?), 'cause it's a graphic error! "IIIH, BLACK BOX WITHOUT ANY TEXTURE!"

I haven't seen it yet, but from the sounds of it, it may very well be just an internal mechanism of the map. My guess is it's where you go towards the end of G-man's little speech, as it's all black, and he exits through a blinding white door. It may also serve as a holding area for pre-allocated objects that appear throughout the level.

That is what it is, and the screaming is coming from the vortex I guess? But do you ever hear the screaming in the game?
