Funny story about traffic cones, I know a guy who picked one up and began using it as a makeshift megaphone..... mere minutes after his chum had taken a piss in it.

I like to make cones upside down. put them somehwere so that they would, indeed be upside down. It's quite funny people walking by..looking...pondering wtf happened.

And take markers and draw faces on them.
