What do you think would happen to the human Combine-

Would they all be turned into synths for domination of other worlds, would they be left to guard Earth or would they all be eliminated as they are no longer any use?

I think they would probably be synthesised, though i'm not sure if their rank goes any higher than combine elite which is not truly synthesized.

Breen hints that weak species are eliminated. Basically, the physically strong humans would be turned into soldiers, human tech would be added to the Combine tech, and then everyone remaining would be wiped out.

Also what would happen to the planet itself, would the combine process the atmosphere so they can build factories to create more combine through cloning or breeding?

I suspect that Earth would become just another "production" planet for the Combine...providing whatever natural resources might benefit the Univeral Union. Humans might be bred for use on Earth but, somehow, I got the distinct impression that it's easier for the Combine to enslave indiginent species for the conquest of othe planets rather then modifying alien species for the environments of other planets.

No they never enslaved anyone except the humans. Someone said that in an interview. By enslave I mean they still have free will.

Earth already is completley taken over, the combine have control of the entire planet, or at least a good 30 cities. The rest of the planet is wasteland, which the combine don't really care about.

The strong humans would be turned into Overwatch Soliders "Soldiers/Elites etc." The weak humans would be turned into Stalkers for slave labour, I get the distinct impression being a Soldier is the better option as they appear to retain free will and higher thought, while Stalkers are mindless.

Sort of like Grunts and Vortigaunts on Xen, the species is divided up into military and labour.
