what do they mean by "you beat Nadeo's high score"?

When each track is made, the developers (Nadeo) have a high score record on the map. As in, the best the developers could do when playing it themselves. You beat that record. Don't get excited, it's nothing special.

In San Andreas, if you fly in the plane long enough, you can get the rank Noops. Noops was a guy who flew the unflyable plane in GTA3 for like...several hours. I even talked to him at IGN n_n.

Well the game came out shortly after 9-11, so Rockstar nerfed the airplane controls on it, so basically, the plane was practically unflyable.

And I beat loads of Nadeo's scores It's way easier to control with the Xbox 360 controler
