Why don't you have add the possibility: G-Man as an Eldritch entity. In the Prima official guide it's defined in that way. The Eldritch entity is more than the concept of alien... That term is derived from the Phlip K Dick novel "The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch", and Palmer Eldritch has more or less the same powers as G-Man (¿coincidence or copy?)...

Eldritch was originally human, but after an strange modification he lost his humanity and, although it has human appearance (well he has metallic eyes), in essence is not one.
So the word 'assimilated' isn't well applied here. Instead you could use a 'modified human to an entity' or 'evolved entity from human' but, as I said before, he lost his humanity because he has powers and properties that humans can't have.
