Someone read this story and tell me what's going on.

A man and his baby have been found stabbed to death - and the only suspect (babys mother) has been released without charge. The police aren't looking for anyone else.

So that means that the mother did it, but she's been let off? Or he stabbed his baby then stabbed himself multiple times?

What the hell is going on here?

I just don't understand ... the police aren't looking for anyone else - yet they don't know who did it?

I'm sure if you dig deeper there must be a reason. Perhaps she was mentally ill, so shes been released and made to go for help somewhere? Maybe the father killed the baby, then himself?

It's far from easy to stab yourself multiple times. The mother is quoted in that article saying how much she'll miss her baby - I doubt it was her.

They make it out like the pair were attacked, but that they don't care who did it.

Multiple doesn't mean thousands of times, just more than once. The bloke could have killed the baby then stabbed himself a few times in the chest.

Jebus, I don't think I could stab myself in the chest, even if I really really wanted to. Do you think the baby did it?

But before someone accuses me of being insensitive I'll get back on topic.

By the sounds of it the man killed the baby then himself (probably too early for them to state murder and suicide respectively, quincey needs to have a nose through the bodies). If you kill your kid then I suppose anything is possible (with respect to stabbing yourself.....)

"The investigation into the deaths is continuing with forensic science experts at the scene."

If they find more evidence pointing to her they'll charge her. If they charge her and have insufficent evidence for a trial they're ****ed. And then even if evidence prooving she did it came out later they couldn't do anything as the case was already thrown out. That's why they didn't charge her.

lePobz, your avater is hypnotising...
Anyway, I'm sure there's a logical explanation...somewhere.
