It will be out the 15th! If (as they said) release it early if a shop sells it before that date Im sure it will be before the 16th, As i can get my copy before the 16th... Know someone who is a manager of EB.

But you can't activate until the 16th. No one will be playing until the 16th. (Unless they change the date, but I doubt it).

They can't activate it early.

They said if shops started selling it early than they would be forced to activate it. or else some uninformed people who don't know what's going on and bought it retail(before nov.16) would refund it immediately.
