Where is possible to see G-Man?

In Singleplayer Campaign, where is it possible to see G-Man? I have only spotted two places... In water hazard (going into house, on a bridge, near place where some headhumpers and zombies pop out. theres some kind of "camp" but zombies have killed those citizens... Theres spooky "wind chimes" sound playing in that small place.) and (after destroying hunter copter "what drops hundreds of bombs" and near "vortigaunt hideout in a sewer pipe", standing on that huge dam) and that one place discussed in other topic, chatting to someone in sandtraps (of course i took screenies )
