Wii's Virtual Console

Has anybody had a chance to try out the VC on the Wii in the UK?

I hear that Nintendo have set-up the European versions of old games instead of the American versions (Which I hear are a lot better and don't have crappy borders).

Yeah Nintendo's handling of the VC for the UK and Australia is really annoying. america and Japan get all the good games, and we're stuck with ****ing Altered Beast. The Gayest game in the world.

Well, apparently Super Mario 64 works fine so I think I'll be buying that when I get my Wii

I'm waiting for Majora's Mask and Gunstar Heros the most at the moment. Followed by a few N64 classics I know I missed.

You just change the Area on your Wii options by the looks of it. I've heard 2 rumours about this video though, 1, it is fake but 2, it doesn't work for Americans.
