Will I have DOD: S after I buy HL 2 CE?

It is rumoured that buyers of the CE will be given access to the other Source conversions as they are released over Steam. The game will also be available for purchase via Steam. Valve is yet to announce whether they will also ship a DVD version of the regular edition.
Is It true?

Nope, DOD:Source & HL:Source are only avaliable free to people who brought Silver or Gold packages through Steam. (HL:S is already avaliable to people with these packages)

You'll have to buy it seperately when its released unfortunately. This is due to the fact that VU dont have any distribution rights to DOD (me thinks it Activision who are gonna be DOD:S distributor)

How much is DoD:S going to cost as a standalone purchase?

If i'd of known how lame the box/booklet(read: slip of paper)/dvd art would of been in the retail purchase i'd of bought it over Steam for sure.
