Will we see the Gman?

One of the things that makes the G-man so cool is that he was always in the shadows, always behind the window, always adjusting his tie. Do you think that Hl2 will be the same, seeing glimpses of his briefcase before he walks through the door (which the ladder to just HAPPENS to be kaput), will we see glimpses of him and hear the Breencast hinting to him?

Or will he be more of a character? Like we saw in the Techdemo, will you ever have a conversation with him besides mabye the start/finish of the game?

I say the first, they want to maintain G-man's puppet hands

According to PC gamer hes just like he was in the first game. They said it could be made into a contest to see who spots the g-man the most.

Why hasnt someone made a MOD where you play as the gmail though the first HL? It would be more of an RPG, because you wouldent really shoot anything.

wouldn't be very hard. the gman IS bullet proof, after all.

Gman was one of the strangest things about Half-Life. I remember playing it for the first time, and noticing him appearing everywhere, only to disappear as I ran torwards him. He's crazy =]

I remeber first time playing Half-Life. I saw the G-Man and I didn't know who he was at first. I just thought he was some guy in a suit stocking me or something.

hopefully you can quicksave and shoot him before he magically disappears like he does. i wonder if hes a magician(sp) on the side?

EDIT: when you see him, 'haha! im the gman!' does a kool dance, spins around then throws a pill down that releases a cloud of smoke. POOF HES GONE!

I hope that you can shoot him and when you do, he'll hold his chest (or whereever you shot him) and growl...fade to black

And by growl i mean taking-advantage-of-the-source-engine-****-you-up- growl
