WinXP.... skins?!

i was looking thru the show me YOUR desktop thread and i noticed that many of you have cool looking start bars, that arent default, how did you get them, i want them!

I treyed windowblinds once but it caused my pc to get snail ass slow. anyway.. I run win98se now and it sux. but once I get winXP next week I am going to customize it until my balls display "jackpot"
