Whilst the story sounds a tad fishy, it's perfectly possible for a woman to rape a man. I won't go into specific details for one potential method though. However rohipanol (probably spelt completely differently) aka the date rape drug, could be used.
No I have not given this lots of thought. I'd like to point out that any such claims to the contrary are libelous, as they are in text.
