You don't have to pretend, I just explained what it is above :)

Assassin's Creed was amazing. now everyone stfu.
Anyway, we do have Gmod, and Forge is like a kiddy Gmod.

Let's compare MCdonalds with apples, then.
I like mcdonalds better.

Halo 3 DOES deserve to be on that list mostly (only) because of forge. Though my LCD is preventing me from playing multiplayer a whole lot (about a half second delay) which has meant that I've mostly stuck to the singleplayer portion. As for "Bioshock," "Mass Effect," and "Portal" I'm near the beginning in all three of them so I can't say much really. Oh, and I also agree with Warbie.

Though I certainly wouldn't say this analogy keeps to how good I believe "Garry's Mod" to be. Wait.. actually I'm taking this literally now.

Apples (specifically Fuji) > McDonald's found in trash can > McDonald's

weighted companion cube ftw!

Ericms - I may be thinking inside the box but I think forge is next to useless. All you can do is add objects and move around spawn points and weapons. Like, on high ground, I was trying to make a treefort with crates and pallettes....but it didn't work. It should be more like garry's mod imo.

Disclaimer: I read the first two posts and Eri's (just cause he's above me)...I was unaware of the forge vs. Gmod shit going on.

That's kind of missing the point. The Forge is as much multiplayer as it is about editing levels and gametypes. You need to be flying about with a bunch of mates and having a laugh.

Yesterday I was watching X-play and the picks for "the" holiday gifts were Halo 3, Mass Effect, and some others I couldn't remember.

When they recomended Halo 3, Mr. receding hairline Adam Sessler commented on Halo 3 -"Stunning graphics, incredible story line, insane mulitplayer, etc." Srsly, was he paid by Microsoft to say that? Some of the the list sucked balls, where the hell was Orange Box and Call of Duty 4? Ironically they give Halo 3 so much praise, while Crysis they called it over hyped, average shooter with great graphic's, as one of the disapointments for 2007. Funny, I can recall another game that was average but without the pretty graphics. That guy needs to take a look in the mirror. Well at least some of the staff put on a companion cube hat.

I can't comment on Mass Effect, because I've never played. Might pick it up at Blockbuster, though.

What rubbish. Let's compare two other different things.
They are very different, but for a silly multiplayer sandbox experience Gmod beats Forge. Of course, Halo 3 integrates combat into the silliness

Forge is fun with friends. Specially when my friend made the elephant fly.
