X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter

X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter were some of the best games made. Does anyone else think it is stupid that they stoped making them and that they should remake them with today's grafics.

I'd love to see a modern-day remake off Star Wars TIE Fighter+the expansion, Defender of the Empire. Those're my favs of the series X-Wing/+Tie Fighter series!

X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter was good, but it pales in comparison to TIE Fighter and X-Wing Alliance. I agree though, I need a new Star Wars space sim. Preferably set in post Return of the Jedi.

Tie fighter + expantion is on the top10 list of greatest games ever. Tie fighter 2 (if done properly) is the only game I can think of that would restore my faith in the SW-universe.
