Just seen an article on my xbox homepage about only paying a pound for a month of Xbox live Gold. Does anyone have any more information on this??

I saw free Gold membership about 20 minutes ago on the dashboard.

I believe it was $1 to get 1 month of XBL for current Silver members only.

Still, paying for online = lol.
